Hello and welcome to the world of Whimsy Pop!

I’m Alyssa. I create fun, whimsical art for kids using simple ink drawings combined with bright pops of water color. These animals will bring all the cute vibes into a child's room, nursery, playroom, even classrooms!

Art has always been a huge part of me. I’ve lived as a champion figure skater choreographing routines, a touring musician putting lyrics to melodies, and an actress bringing characters to life. Creating brings me so much joy and has taught me the importance of hard work, persistence, and how to find the beauty in things.

My goal with Whimsy Pop is to brighten the rooms and lives of children everywhere, to inspire them to learn and follow their creative impulses through art. There's a stories for each character I create that leave room for kids to add their genius and imagination, to fill in what may happen next in each character’s world. What piece is Winston the cellist playing? Why is Posy the Ballerina Kitty always so joyful? Did she just learn how to pirouette?

Even from when they first started out as doodles, these art pieces have been made with love. They were made to inspire and become your little one’s new best friend.

Fun fact: if you look closely at the signatures on the Whimsy Pop art, you’ll see a signature on each one that spells out Aysa. I took that straight from of one of the first paintings I ever did when I was just three-years-old. I didn't quite know how to spell my name then,  and now I leave that childhood wonder and creativity as a mark on each piece I create.
